Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through ilysomatcha (the “Store”), operated and powered by Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • Standard delivery times are estimated at 2–5 business days, depending on your location within the UAE.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ilysomatcha is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside of our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location, shipping method selected, and order value.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be subject to the terms stated in the promotion.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. ilysomatcha is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@ilysomatcha.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Geographic Scope

  • At this time, shipping is available only within the UAE.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

6. Title & Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss for products transfer to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. ilysomatcha is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay occurring after the order has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Amendments

ilysomatcha reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time, in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of such changes.
